Aftersales Applications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Applications Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our steam, thermal fluid, and thermal oxidiser systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop technically and commercially attractive quotations for our customers, taking into account their specific requirements and our in-house software.
- Conduct system flow and pipe work pressure drop calculations to ensure accurate application of our range of Steam Generators, Fire Tube Steam Boilers, high temperature Thermal Fluid Heaters, Process Air Heaters, and Gaseous Effluent Thermal Oxidisers.
- Perform project engineering checks and prepare commissioning specifications, providing pre and post sales applications support to our External Sales and Internal Engineering functions.
- Occasionally, you may be required to carry out the role of Contracts Engineer to balance departmental demands and gain familiarity with Contracts Department procedures.
- Minimum of HNC or equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering discipline, with experience in a compatible industry or a manufacturer of related equipment.
- Candidates with Graduate/HNC level qualifications and less experience but with clear potential will also be considered.
