Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hardware testing and produce detailed test reports.
• Develop and maintain automation test tools to enhance overall test efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to provide product testing and evaluation, and recommend further investigation when necessary.
• Create and develop test plans for new technologies and products.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Possess an engineering mindset and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience with electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Background in electronics.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, such as EMC, Radio, and Safety.
• Experience in using test and validation methodologies and scripts to test hardware and/or systems/platforms.
• Ability to analyze and present test data effectively.
• Possess a UK driver's license and own a car for commuting to off-site test houses.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with developers to design test cases for new products/technology.
• Ability to summarize technical information for varying audiences.
• Some experience in managing a test workstack.
