About You:

  • You are a proven sales professional with a history of exceeding targets selling industrial machinery and engineering solutions into the food, beverage, or consumer products sectors.
  • You have a deep understanding of the process involved selling complex technical solutions into these markets and their unique challenges.
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and winning new business opportunities.

The Role:

  • You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • You will build and nurture strong relationships across the UK with both potential and existing clients.
  • You will identify and assess customer needs and then present solutions from our range of products and services, including sales of packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and engineering services.
  • You will contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience selling industrial packaging machinery into the food and beverage sectors.
  • You have an engineering background with a passion for selling complex engineering and automation solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively representing Packserve's value proposition.
  • You have a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective time management skills.
  • You are willing to travel throughout the UK and potentially internationally.

Competitive Compensation Package:

  • Basic Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)
