Job Title: Data Analytics Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our data analytics initiatives. As a Data Analytics Program Manager, you will be responsible for translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving internal business performance, and ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards our long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key roadmaps and activities are aligned to business objectives
  • Manage regular business reviews to track progress and present to senior management
  • Track progress, setting up critical project reviews (CPRs) as needed, and manage through obstacles to deliver program objectives
  • Support the development and writing of strategic proposal documents from country level content/programming and functional teams
Requirements:
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
