Company Background: Our client is a reputable Contractor operating across the South West of England, collaborating with several prominent housebuilders recognized in the construction field.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and perform pre-, mid-, and final inspections.
  • Work primarily in the Somerset/M5 Corridor region, with a mix of office-based tasks and site engagements.
  • Receive support to complete SSSTS/SMSTS training and pursue an NVQ in Construction Management.
  • For the right candidate, there are opportunities to transition into a Contracts Management position.


Key Requirements:

  • Office-based role with regular site visits, collaborating with the site team.
  • Assistance in obtaining formal qualifications, including NVQ and SMSTS.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
