Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with expertise and professionalism.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of personal clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts, providing tailored tax solutions.
- Compliance and Advisory: Ensure timely compliance with client and regulatory deadlines, monitoring time limits and elections, and proactively engage with clients on advisory matters, including succession planning, capital gains, and inheritance tax issues.
- HMRC Enquiries and Correspondence: Handle HMRC enquiries, disclosures, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Project Management: Oversee billing and budget monitoring for assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Team Development: Review compliance and basic advisory work prepared by junior team members, mentor, and support their technical and personal development, and deliver technical training sessions.
- Business Development: Engage in personal and team business development activities, staying updated on technical knowledge and ensuring adherence to internal procedures.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and excellence.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.
