Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage a portfolio of personal clients, focusing on HNWIs, private equity executives, entrepreneurs, and trusts, ensuring timely compliance with client and regulatory deadlines.
- Proactively engage with clients on advisory matters, assisting with tax planning projects, including succession planning, capital gains, and inheritance tax issues.
- Handle HMRC enquiries, disclosures, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Oversee billing and budget monitoring for assigned projects, ensuring efficient and effective management.
- Review compliance and basic advisory work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Mentor and support junior staff members in technical and personal development, promoting growth and success.
- Deliver technical training sessions, sharing expertise and knowledge with the team.
- Engage in personal and team business development activities, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
- Stay updated on technical knowledge, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and best practices.
