HVAC Maintenance Engineer – West London

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Konstruct Recruit UK Ltd. This role involves executing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks within the commercial and upscale residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine servicing and preventative maintenance on various HVAC systems in commercial establishments.
  • Addressing urgent repair requests and ensuring efficient resolution of HVAC system issues.
  • Working with a range of HVAC equipment, demonstrating a solid understanding of Building Services M&E and HVAC systems (including AHUs).
  • Collaborating with the Helpdesk team to document and finalize completed tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Possession of NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration – City & Guilds or an equivalent qualification.
  • IPAF and PASMA certifications are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to approximately £48,000 per annum.
