This is an exciting opportunity to join Spinner Medical Recruitment as an Addiction Medicine Specialist in one of Australia's leading hospitals in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead an addictions service in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Provide expert care to patients with addiction-related issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines.
- Participate in teaching and supervising medical staff.
- FRANZCP or equivalent specialist training gained in either NZ, UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa.
- Completed a 6-month training post in child and adolescent psychiatry if trained outside of Australia.
- Experience in addictions psychiatry.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and supervising medical staff.
- Remuneration of up to $477k plus on-call allowances.
- Private practice allowance.
- Annual professional development allowance of $31k per annum.
