About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Addiction Nurse to join our Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and mental health care to individuals with addiction issues, including blood-borne virus management and wound care.
  • Deliver trauma-informed care and be responsive to the needs of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a range of health and psychosocial interventions.
  • Link with third-sector services to provide comprehensive support to individuals.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of physical and mental health care, including blood-borne virus management and wound care.
  • Ability to deliver trauma-informed care and be responsive to the needs of service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
