About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, chest physio, nebulizer, oral suctioning, and seizure management.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with medication administration and other medical needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in care and support work, preferably with clients with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
