Randstad Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans
- Write comprehensive reports and provide expert testimony in court proceedings
- Provide high-quality casework and support to children and families
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- Relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or BA/BSc in Social Work)
- At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience in a social work role
- Experience of working with disabled children and families
