Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Team Leader to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children in our care, aged 8-18 years old, who have emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each young person.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clinicians and other professionals, to ensure seamless care and support.
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Organize and facilitate social activities, promoting social skills and relationships among the young people.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a nutritious and balanced diet for the young people.
- Complete care planning, task sheets, and other administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, therapists, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- 12 months experience working in a residential setting, desirable.
Benefits:

Shift Pattern:
Hourly shifts, including sleep-ins, on a one-on-two-off or two-on-four-off basis.
