Senior Building Energy Performance Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Energy Performance Consultant to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile construction projects across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of business strategies and opportunities within the Building Energy Performance sector.
- Lead complex projects from a Building Energy Performance perspective, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
- Degree-qualified or equivalent in a relevant field, such as building services engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards CEng) with CIBSE or IET.
- Proven experience in building energy performance, sustainability, and decarbonisation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience of leading complex projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficient in a range of digital tools and technologies, including energy modeling software and project management platforms.
