At Axiom Software Solutions Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the migration of our SharePoint infrastructure to a modern and upgraded platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed analysis to ensure the successful migration of our SharePoint infrastructure
- Develop and implement business processes using BPMN 2.0
- Collaborate with Technology teams to produce detailed requirements documentation
- Manage complexity and change, and ensure minimal disruption to the organization
- Facilitate workshops with the business to gather and document business and solution requirements
- Strong evidence of exposure to the full software development lifecycle, with experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Awareness of operating models and how to develop and use them on projects/programmes
- Experience of working on complex projects and programmes involving broad-based business change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage large groups of stakeholders under uncertain environments
- Proven experience of producing high-quality outputs at various levels, from high-level to functional specifications
- Education to degree level, with ISEB/BCS BA Diploma certification or equivalent
- Solid career track record as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to technical/software development projects
- Full lifecycle development experience on a SharePoint migration
- Minimum 7 years working as a Business Analyst
