Bryn Mawr College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our outreach and marketing efforts for the Open Arms Adoption Network's infant open adoption program.

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and implement marketing and outreach plans to enhance our social media presence, build relationships with healthcare and social service professionals, and facilitate trainings in our service region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach and marketing plan for the Open Arms Adoption Network
  • Enhance our social media presence by creating and posting engaging content on various platforms
  • Write articles, blogs, and promotional program materials to showcase our services
  • Collaborate with our marketing and community engagement teams to integrate outreach efforts internally and externally
  • Arrange and facilitate trainings for healthcare and social service professionals
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with professionals and applicable associations/coalitions
  • Manage databases to track and manage outreach progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Administration required
  • Three or more years of experience in a marketing/sales role, including social media and print
  • Strong writing ability to deliver clear and concise marketing and informational messages
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing social media content on various platforms
  • Comfort in leading one-on-one or small and large group informational meetings and trainings
  • Proficient user of technology and experience using MS Office applications
Competencies
  • Proven ability to develop and manage social media accounts and devise content strategy
  • Ability to work within new technology and take initiative to identify new avenues for growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting for small and large groups
  • Ability to collaborate with team to set outreach priorities and oversee progress on tasks
  • Proven follow-up and follow-through skills and ability to meet deadlines
