We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Controls Assurance Specialist to join our team at Hays Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and assuring technical controls in a rapidly changing environment.

About the Role:
  • Technical control enhancement and testing
  • Supporting information assurance partners and scheme attestations
  • Working with key stakeholders to embed information security from a controls perspective
  • Taking ownership of assurance activities pertaining to technical controls
Requirements:
  • Financial services, fintech, or accountancy/consultancy sector background
  • Knowledge of core technology and information security frameworks (NIST, ISO27001)
  • Excellent articulative ability and demonstrable experience working within IT audit, IT risk management, technical controls testing/management, and IT assurance related roles
  • Relevant industry certifications are desirable

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £63,000 per annum
