Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our team in Cheshire. As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and rewarding caseload of private family matters, including financial remedies, divorce, children's matters, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including financial remedies, divorce, children's matters, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation issues.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on family law matters.
- Conduct negotiations and mediations with opposing parties to resolve disputes.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including financial remedy and children's cases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in family law, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of family law, including financial remedies, divorce, children's matters, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a heavy workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
