About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Data Product Owner to join our CRO team within the eCommerce division. This team is responsible for optimizing the digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through quick cycles of data-led experiments and innovation, maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Optimisation Digital Lead in understanding what works well from a customer perspective and excel the team's value output via implementing efficient ways of working, growth-minded frameworks, and innovative ways of appealing to customers and meeting ambitious business targets.
  • Improve the overall digital customer experience by leveraging data understanding and analytical skills.
  • Lead a team of pioneers who are accumulating a wealth of knowledge shaping the digital experience of a multi-million web platform.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a cross-functional team as product owner/optimisation manager with a strong understanding of product lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • AB Testing experience and ability to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Web Analytics experience (ability to understand quantitative and qualitative data from various tools).
  • Proven track record of solving customer problems through experimentation in the ecommerce field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication to the right audiences.
