Job Title: Cabin Services Quality Supervisor

Our client at London Heathrow Airport is seeking a highly skilled Cabin Services Quality Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the cabin services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in the aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and audit aircraft to ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of cabin team members to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, and coordinate with appropriate teams to address any issues.
  4. Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Train and onboard new hires, providing guidance on company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  6. Assist aircraft that have not met service level agreements to enhance standards and avoid failures.
  7. Ensure that assets are safeguarded and procedures are followed.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to senior management.
  9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  10. Submit daily inspection reports in a timely manner.
  11. Promote a culture of service excellence and maintain a professional image.
People Management:
  1. Effectively manage, coach, and mentor team leaders to meet service level agreements.
  2. Manage absence processes for cabin cleaners and team leaders.
  3. Escalate absence to HR support and/or contract administrator as necessary.
  4. Ensure employees sign on and off correctly in accordance with company policy.
  5. Maintain staff discipline and conformance with company and regulatory requirements.
  6. Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
  1. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  2. Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided.
  3. Use work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
  4. Report any issues or training needs to your line manager.
