Job Summary

We're seeking an Estimating Specialist to join our Estimating team, dedicated to delivering tender proposals. This role involves ensuring tenders align with survey details and bid specifications, providing comprehensive detail and costing within deadlines. The primary objective is to guarantee accurate costing for each project, meeting all essential client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review of new enquiries into the business
  • Ensure technical and commercial compliance with all Customer technical & specification requirements
  • Prepare all tender return documentations, including response documents, technical compliance statements, project programmes, and technical schematics

Requirements

  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple overlapping quick deadlines
  • Experience of the Security industry and compliance standards
  • Competence in the operation of all relevant Information Technology solutions and applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Projects), Countfire
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work
