About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and inspire our team to achieve outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver exceptional results, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of stockroom staff to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, ensuring high performance targets are achieved.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all operational activities, working alongside the team to support sales floors and store management as needed.
  • Team Development: Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring team members to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems, driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Customer Focus: Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and managing a team to achieve high performance targets.
  • Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to operational activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound business decisions.
  • Confident when dealing with people issues.
  • Effective multitasker who can plan, organise, and prioritise workload.
