Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Producer to be an integral part of our Social Pod at Boomerang. This specialized team is dedicated to addressing the unique requirements of our clients, ensuring a unified approach to social media content creation. Role Summary

The Social Producer will oversee the entire process of social media content creation and production, from initial concept to final execution. This includes managing budgets and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, regardless of scale. You will be expected to engage directly with clients, brief creative teams, and facilitate production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in resource allocation within the Social Pod, prioritizing projects based on team needs.
  • Ensure that project priorities align with the broader objectives of the team.
  • Oversee multiple projects throughout all stages, from briefing to final delivery.
  • Manage review processes and prepare presentations.

Essential Skills

  • Social Media Knowledge: A strong enthusiasm for crafting content tailored to various platforms.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in an advertising or production setting with a focus on social media.
  • Platform Awareness: In-depth understanding of social media channels and current trends.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Operational Proficiency: Experienced in handling content calendars and optimizing workflows.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in overseeing budgets, particularly for creators and influencers.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work with diverse creative teams.
  • Strategic Insight: Align content production with brand objectives and audience engagement strategies.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to shifting priorities and emerging trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
