Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing a selection of client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Directly manage a selection of client accounts, ensuring that their Paid Media strategies are aligned with their business goals.
- Strategy Development: Create personalized account project plans, budget recommendations, and reports to drive value to the account.
- Client Communication: Work closely with clients to ensure that the account actions, strategy, and recommendations are matching the core focus for their business.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance within client accounts and provide analysis and investigation.
- Tracking and Attribution: Ensure correct tracking and attribution is in place for Paid Media activity and take responsibility for adding this where required.
- Client Updates: Attend weekly calls and update clients on progress, performance, and ongoing account activity.
- Media Budget Management: Closely manage and monitor media budgets across the client base and conduct month-end reconciliation and administration.
- Personal Development: Take an active role in your own personal development, identifying knowledge gaps and supporting skill diffusion within the team.
- Team Representation: Act as a role model and champion for the Paid Media team both internally and externally, continually suggesting new ideas and improvements to enhance product and benefit client performance.
- Strategy Review: Represent the team within strategy review processes, sharing performance information, opportunities, and working with other channel teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience managing Paid Media campaigns, either in an agency or in-house.
- Account Optimisation: Proven experience of owning account optimisations, reports, and performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex situations in a carrying degree of detail for different audiences.
- Certifications: Up-to-date Google Ads certifications.
- Platform Experience: Experienced in using all major ad platforms, as well as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Supermetrics.
- Channel Experience: Comfortable working across Search, Display, and Social channels, with a solid grasp of how to utilise each to reach and acquire customers at different journey touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing Practices: A clear understanding of digital marketing practices across B2C and B2B business models, and how they differ.
- Analytical Skills: An analytical thinker who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Excel Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable using a range of formulas (you know your VLOOKUPs from your SUMIFs).
- Attitude: A 'can-do' attitude and ambition to continually step outside your comfort zone, trialing new ideas and ways of working.
