About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at Alex James Digital. As a key member of our digital and creative teams, you will be responsible for managing and creating clients' PPC & Paid Social projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' marketing strategies and drive business growth. You will work closely with our client services, creative, and digital teams to ensure that your campaigns align with our clients' overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute paid media campaigns, forecasts, and reports for clients and account management teams.
  • Collaborate with the relevant teams to increase client performance and ROI.
  • Manage paid media channels for our clients, including Google ads and Facebook.
  • Optimize campaigns, bidding, and ad content strategies.
  • Provide key insights and opportunities to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Comfortable managing large and complex paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excited about increasing clients' paid media performance using the latest innovations, methods, and trends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute campaigns for customer acquisition.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to create thorough and well-structured paid media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Google ads and Facebook ads.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients across various channels, countries, and campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
