- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct Technical Reviews: Conduct technical reviews and assessments of engineering designs and documentation.

- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in EC&I engineering, preferably within the power, nuclear, industrial, or aerospace sectors.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
- Strong Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of power systems, control systems, and instrumentation systems.
- Excellent Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Complex Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound engineering decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Engineering Software: Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Additional Certifications: Additional certifications or qualifications in project management or a related field.
- Industry Software Experience: Experience with specific industry software and tools.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in engineering projects.
- International Experience: Experience working with international teams and projects.
