Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our small internal team and help us drive our marketing initiatives forward. As a key member of the department, you will support the Head of Marketing and the firm in joint projects, taking ownership of multifaceted activities to enhance our brand's presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across key customer journeys, leveraging various channels such as social media, SMS, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage paid and organic social media presence, handling content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive email marketing initiatives, from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, aiming to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Employ digital analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and furnish regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on key areas mentioned above.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and others.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
