Job Summary:

GB010 Marsh Corporate Services is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Production Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and support of our MERN stack applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of production support engineers in maintaining and supporting our MERN stack applications in a production environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our applications.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to identify and resolve any performance issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including investigating root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in MERN stack development and production support.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide accurate estimates for project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support processes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in supporting Full-Stack applications.
  • Experience working and supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
  • Proven leadership, people management & mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
