About the Role

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization and its users. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be instrumental in guiding a team of developers and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Share best practices, promote code quality, and encourage collaboration.
  • Design and develop robust full-stack web applications utilizing a range of technologies, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby), along with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Lead the architectural design and technical approach for projects, collaborating closely with team members to translate requirements into detailed specifications and make informed decisions regarding technology stacks, frameworks, and database design.
  • Craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop secure and scalable APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between server and client-side components.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Identify and address potential issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Promote robust testing methodologies and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows, enhance developer productivity, and ensure code quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing CI/CD workflows and tools.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GraphQL, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with server-side technologies such as Python, Ruby, or Java, along with relevant frameworks like Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Spring.
  • Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks such as Sequelize, SQLAlchemy, or Hibernate.
  • 7+ years of experience in advanced software support (Tier 2 or Tier 3).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
