Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of building maintenance and repair work to our public and private business premises across the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out minor repairs across a variety of trades with a focus on Plumbing, as well as caretaking and maintenance as required.
  • Work on your own proficiently and carry out plumbing works without immediate supervision.
  • Diagnose and repair leaks, faulty taps, and other plumbing tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties.
  • Confident in carrying out isolation and repair to plumbing systems, taps, and drainage.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience in a variety of trades.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role.
