We are seeking a highly experienced HR Officer/Coordinator or HR Advisor looking to take on a challenging HR Advisor role in a small and supportive team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for handling employee relations cases independently, including complex disciplinaries and grievances, and working closely with line managers to identify and resolve employee issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for:

  • Employee relations case management, including complex disciplinaries and grievances
  • Leading on absence management cases
  • Leading on any restructures and consultations
  • Visiting sites and working with line managers to identify employee issues and develop effective solutions
  • Contract updates and amendments
  • Policy writing
  • Assisting the HR Manager with Recruitment
  • Working with the administrative team to maintain accurate employee records

This is a full-time permanent position based in Leicester, with flexibility to work between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
