Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing, developing, and recording business insights to support and optimize the development of business processes and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to analyze and develop business insights, driving business process improvements and project optimization.
- Establish relationships with suppliers and external teams to facilitate integration and drive business growth.
- Conduct research on global market trends and processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance data quality, coverage, and compliance with EU regulations.
- Develop and deliver training materials to stakeholders, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects align with business requirements, providing updates and risk assessments as needed.
- Make recommendations, proposals, and methods to the team, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a business analyst, with a background in commodities and supply chain or trade experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a dynamic and confident approach.
- IT literacy and ability to travel 40% of the time.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday in an in-person environment.
