Global Trade Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commodities Business Analyst to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and recording business insights to support and optimize the development of business processes and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers and external teams to analyze and understand their business operations.
- Build relationships with internal teams to facilitate integration into current projects.
- Conduct research on trade processes and compare differences to the global market.
- Develop strategies to improve data conversion, quality, and coverage, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
- Prepare training materials for stakeholders and ensure projects align with business requirements.
- Provide updates and risk assessments associated with projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a business analyst.
- Background in commodities required.
- Supply chain or trade experience beneficial.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to write reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident, dynamic, and ability to work independently.
- IT literate.
- Ability to travel 40% of the time.
