Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Business Targets: Work closely with the Financial Planning team to achieve role-specific business targets and deadlines, while being adaptable to changing pressures and timescales.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring a reliable, attentive, and available manner.
  • Client Back-Office System Management: Update and maintain the Client back-office system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Data Input and Record Management: Input data on the Customer back-office system and manage client records in an orderly fashion, ensuring compliance standards are met.
  • New Business and Servicing Management: Process and manage new business and servicing through to completion, chasing progress of applications and alerting Financial Planners to any issues arising.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a Financial Planning office.
  • Process Management: Process and manage (standard and more complex) new business through to completion, chasing progress of applications and alerting Financial Planners to any issues arising.
  • Servicing Changes: Process any servicing changes to clients' arrangements and investments.
  • Client Portfolio Valuations: Prepare client portfolio valuations and review documents.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, good organization, and time management skills.
