About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Coordinator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of client requests
  • Prepare client review packs and conduct product research to support financial planning decisions
  • Submit new business and conduct the letter of authority process with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist with suitability letter writing and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in IFA administration or a related field
