We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to all business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks to minimize potential exposure.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements.
- Perform horizon scanning to stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory changes and their potential impact on our business.
- Recommend appropriate responses to regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Compliance within a financial services or wealth management environment.
- Ability to deliver engaging Compliance training to employees at all levels.
