We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies

Design and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide Legal Advice on Best Practices

Offer expert legal advice on best practices in professional services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge on Legal and Regulatory Changes

Stay current with the latest legal and regulatory developments, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and up-to-date.

Train and Mentor Team Members

Train and mentor team members on risk management and best practices, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.

Collaborate with Various Departments

Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards.

Contribute to Company Policies and Procedures

Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, ensuring that our organization remains compliant and efficient.

Participate in Strategic Planning

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level, ensuring that our organization remains competitive and successful.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Qualified Lawyer in England & Wales

A qualified lawyer in England & Wales, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance.

Degree in Law from a Reputable Institution

Proficiency in Legal Research and Writing

Proficiency in legal research and writing, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Strong Knowledge of Risk Management and Best Practice Strategies
