Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to evaluate composite materials and develop new products.
- Formulate and mix resins and chemicals, produce films and prepregs, and perform thermal and mechanical tests.
- Participate in research and development projects to improve existing products and develop new ones.
- Plan and execute laboratory experiments, analyze results, and provide technical recommendations.
- Develop expertise in materials science and chemistry, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
- Education in a technical subject, preferably chemistry, materials science, or polymer science.
- Practical laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical, polymer, or materials science environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
