About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Newbury, UK. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nurse-led teams to deliver care 24/7, 365 days a year.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay rates (£14-17.93 p/hr) and the opportunity to earn £500-555 p/wk (average 36 hours/week).

Requirements
  • Be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS and be willing to undergo regular checks.
