About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University London. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large multi-modal datasets to advance our understanding of cancer.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex electronic health records, molecular, and imaging datasets to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve data insights and inform clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to integrate data from national and international cohorts.

About You

  • PhD in Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in analyzing large multi-modal datasets and developing machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of clinical terminologies and data standards.
