As a Regional Facilities Assistant, you will provide regional cover for our site-based Building and Community Coordinators, ensuring a consistent approach to Health and Safety, Compliance, and Customer Engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • General customer service and being the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Facilitating external contractors
  • Ensuring that the Health and Safety requirements of each development are met
  • Assisting with the move-in process to ensure a great start for our customers
  • Organizing events and activities for our customers, creating a wonderful community
  • Dealing with emergencies quickly and calmly
  • Building lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
  • Working alongside our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions

You will be our 'person on the ground,' ensuring everything is ready for move-in day, providing an effective maintenance service, keeping records and the events diary up to date, and keeping us informed of what's happening.

We are looking for someone with property/facilities-related experience, a full driving license, and a strong local knowledge. Key skills we are looking for include:

  • Experience of facilities/property management and a knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Professional and highly organized
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • In-person customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
