Position Overview:

Foundation Personnel Limited is looking for a proficient Pipe Layer/Site Supervisor to oversee a continuous pipeline project. This role combines practical pipelaying responsibilities with the supervision of a dedicated team on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team engaged in the pipeline installation process.
  • Install pipes in excavated trenches, ensuring proper alignment and gradient.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are executed according to project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Supervise the operation of CAT and GENNY equipment for underground service identification.
  • Oversee slinger/signaller operations to ensure safe handling of materials.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including those related to abrasive wheel operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Slinger/Signaller Certification
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certification
  • CAT and GENNY Certification
  • Abrasive Wheels Certification

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in pipelaying and team supervision within pipeline projects.
