We are seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising building maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise building maintenance operatives to optimize resource allocation and advise facilities managers on resource requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed within priority periods and to a high standard.
- Pre-inspect work to identify content, duration, and materials required, and liaise with surveyors to clarify before works commence, reducing delays.
- Produce detailed schedules of works and specify job requirements to enable in-house workforce to carry out tasks.
- Pre-order non-stock materials and stock materials for larger or more complicated works, ensuring timely collection or delivery.
Requirements:
- Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
- Right to work in the UK.
