Job Title: Site Engineer

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our site operations and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of all maintenance and reactive tasks associated with client assets.
  • Conduct regular and periodic inspections to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&E installations.
  • Maintain records and computer-based record management systems to nationally agreed standards.
  • Carry out all necessary maintenance works on M&E services and installations.
  • Ensure works are completed to standard and against budget, meeting key client requirements and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems.
  • Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality.
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
