Key Responsibilities- **Support the People Agenda**: Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Build Strong Relationships**: Foster credible relationships with store managers, leadership teams, and employees to provide coaching, support, and guidance.
- **Address HR Issues**: Proactively address day-to-day HR issues, providing sound advice and guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Support Change**: Work closely with the leadership team to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- **Provide Expert Advice**: Offer commercial and employment law advice on performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
- **Previous Experience**: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably as a generalist HR partner.
- **Strong ER Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in employment relations, with the ability to constructively challenge stakeholders.
- **CIPD Credentials**: CIPD qualifications are highly desirable.
- **Corporate Experience**: Experience working across corporate and head office functions, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
- **Influencing Skills**: Strong influencing skills, with a passion for embedding company values and driving business success.
- **Problem-Solving**: Solution-oriented, well-organized, and innovative problem-solving skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits.
