Job Title: Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team at JSM Group Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring managers and provide a high-quality attraction, recruitment, and selection service for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract and source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage all recruitment activity via our internal ATS, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
  • Deliver consistent quality CVs, aiming for efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, building connections to gain market insight, information, leads, and referrals.
  • Chase CVs and interview feedback from hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, information, key movers, and projects to drive high-level conversations with candidates and enhance market knowledge.
  • Represent the business at recruitment events and exhibitions, promoting our brand and services.
Requirements:
  • Confident in headhunting, with a strong track record of engaging and placing passive candidates.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Awareness of personal brand and impact across the business, with a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication.
  • Demonstrable success in using sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Skilled in attracting and placing candidates, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience within the utilities sector is highly desirable.
