Job Summary:

Highbridge Talent is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nursing Advisor to join our successful surgical sales support team. As a Clinical Nursing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clinical staff on the use of our surgical gowns and drapes in theatre environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit existing and new customer hospitals to advise clinical staff on the best use of our products and services.
  • Work with non-clinical staff to manage the service provision and identify any challenges or problems they are experiencing.
  • Nurture and expand existing client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and advising individual clinicians and their teams on the benefits of reusable surgical textiles.
  • Present products to healthcare staff, including surgeons and ODPs, and demonstrate the value of our products in theatre environments.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or higher) or an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
  • Confident communication skills and ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to stay away from home when needed.
  • Ability to work in a theatre environment and complete related administrative tasks from home.
