About the Role
This is a growth hire within the UK & European Support team and would suit someone with foundational knowledge of energy modelling and/or energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support solutions relating to the successful use of the organization's software products
- Work with Account Management to successfully onboard new clients and help them maximize the power of energy modelling
- Assist Account Management to more deeply understand about customer organizational goals and maximize utilization of the modelling tools
About the Ideal Candidate
This is an excellent opportunity for an energy analyst or someone wishing to start their energy analyst career having recently completed their MSc or PhD within a hugely successful business and is an immediate requirement due to continued growth.
