About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Site Manager to join our team in North Wales. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our repair and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage repair and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with client teams and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of repair and maintenance services.
  • Monitor and control risk assessments, ensuring compliance with NRSWA guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Manage plant and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Maximize SLAs and Contract KPIs, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Complete site and team SHEQ audits, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Be on standby, out of hours, and call outs as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a Supervisor NRSWA qualification.
  • Hold a current driving license.
  • Water hygiene card.
  • Water SHEA or CSCS.
  • Confident with computer applications.
  • Desirable qualifications: IOSH, Managing contractor – PICW, Asbestos – Non-licensed removal, Medium risk confined space, Service and mains laying (Level 2), B, E Driving Licence, Emergency First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels.
