Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our executive search Consultants and Researchers with various projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and the successful sourcing of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage fully in all projects, providing support and innovative ideas for talent acquisition.
  • Conduct thorough desk research and participate in client briefing meetings to compile comprehensive information for the consultants.
  • Collaborate with the research team to formulate effective search strategies at the onset of each project.
  • Utilize various platforms, including databases and social media, to identify and source potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Screen candidates, perform telephone interviews, and deliver detailed notes and recommendations.
  • Work closely with executive search consultants and the operations team to ensure assignments are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep all databases updated and accurate.
  • Present a professional image while interacting with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Deliver timely and sensitive information to clients and candidates.
  • Anticipate the needs of candidates and clients proactively.
  • Consistently represent Cadence Partners in a positive and professional manner.

  • A recent graduate or an individual passionate about executive recruitment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • High standards in service delivery, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively while collaborating with a project team.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office applications and video conferencing.
